The Perfection of the Race
The Final Solution
By Dallas E. James

"It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." John 6:63 (KJV)

I have been grieved of heart lately over a comment made by a man who recently told me he was "ashamed of being of a mixed race". What does the Bible really teach us on the subject of race and the chosen people of God? Is it true that those who God favors are better than those who are not? And what is the final status of ALL human beings once the plan of God comes to completion?

This misunderstanding of Scripture about the importance of race and the favor of God should be put to rest in our opening verse in which Christ said, "the flesh profiteth nothing". But some in their theological positions would have us believe that certain aspects of our fleshly life do profit greatly. This conclusion would certainly lead one to then believe that being born of a certain race would be preferred. The Bible tells us in Romans 3:1,2 that it was profitable for being born a Jew. But right here we must ask, "profitable for what"? The answer concerns itself with "the oracles of God". This does not conflict with the statement of Christ however because two different subjects are under discussion. The central reason why God decided to choose a people and nation out of all humanity is simply to use them as His focal point in administering His plan of salvation to the whole of humanity. The real Truth is that those whom God have chosen to carry out His Will here on earth have many more burdens put on them than other peoples. God has even further said that he calls the "weak of the world" as the ones to perform His will. If anything then, these chosen ones are anything but better, they even may have lesser attributes than those He has not selected for service.

"But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;" I Corinthians 1:27 (KJV)

There you have it from the Source, there is no such thing as racial superiority. And this even extends itself to the original separation God created between the Jews and the Gentiles.

"For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. Galatians 5:6 (KJV)

This verse is even repeated in Galatians 6:15 but adds that what does avail something is "A NEW CREATURE". Strong's Dictionary defines this word (#2937) "creature" as an "ORIGINAL FORMULATION". It is quite obvious here that ones race has no bearing on our final perfected state when we are born again.

"It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body." I Corinthians 15:44 (KJV)

But some people say that using these Scriptures is a "transfer theory" that tries to undo other promises of God concerning His covenant peoples. There is however no validity in such a thought because ALL the promises of God will fulfill themselves for each aspect of God's plan of salvation. That plan in a nutshell has a progression of development. Concerning God's dealings in this fleshly world, from contacting one individual to the final contact He will make with all humanity.

One man - One nation - All nations - All Creation - All in All

We find God calling Abraham, who eventually fathered a nation of peoples (thirteen tribes), which became Israel. That nation Israel is then used during the Millennial reign of Christ to administer God's dealing with all the nations and races of peoples on earth. And then, once the world comes under His control He will use it to bring the entire universe His plan of salvation and restoration.

"For he must reign, til he hath put all enemies under his feet." I Corinthians 15:25 (KJV)

The central concept that Scripture teaches us is that all the races of humanity will become one with God and will be created in an original formulation. ALL of our former racial characteristic disappear and have no bearing on the final outcome. We will of course retain all of our cultural characteristics and experiences, but these will all be shared for the glory of God. Each race of peoples on earth has their own unique cultural heritage. And for those of mixed races, they too are not left out, for God has given them their own unique place among all other peoples. They are called as a group, "the mingled peoples".

"And all the kings of Arabia, and all the kings of the mingled people that dwell in the desert," Jeremiah 25:24 (KJV)

We even see here that these mingled people have a king over them. There is no doubt in my mind that during the Millennium these peoples will be organized into their own unique nation! There is no denial that Scriptures instructed those born as Israelites not to mix racially with other peoples (see Num.25:7-15; Ps.106:30). The general principle of "kind after kind" in Genesis does show us that God intends for people to remain in the groupings of the nations as they have been established on earth. During the Millennium those nations will continue to exist as will the grouping of peoples known as the "mingled peoples". Mixing of races of course has occurred throughout the centuries of humanity from the time of Adam. These of course now constitute, in whole, a large grouping of the human race. These peoples are not inferior to anyone else; they will all have exactly the same gift of salvation afforded to them as other people have. As all racial descent ceases upon our change from this mortal to immortal body, Christ's statement that the flesh profits nothing is truer than ever. Notice what all races become in Christ Jesus,

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new." II Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)

"And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness." Ephesians 4:24 (KJV)

"And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond or free: but Christ is all, and in all." Colossians 2:10,11 (KJV)

The key here is that Christ is destined to place Himself in all the races of the world, we will finally be born of the Second Adam, and will discard all the genetics of the First Adam. We will then have a new spiritual bloodline with Jesus Christ.

"Man the first is from the earth, material; Man the second is from heaven. As man the material is, so are the material; as Man the heavenly is, so are the heavenly." I Corinthians 15:47,48 (Moffat)

This concept is exemplified in the real contrast between the earthly and heavenly Jerusalem allegorized between the two sons of Abraham.

"For it is written that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondwoman, the other by a freewoman. But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise. Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar. For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But Jerusalem which is above is free, WHICH IS THE MOTHER OF US ALLSO THEN, BRETHREN, WE ARE NOT THE CHILDREN OF THE BONDWOMAN, BUT OF THE FREE." Galatians 4:22-26,31 (KJV)

We see here that everything that attaches itself to the earthly Jerusalem has no bearing on our human destiny, but the spiritual Jerusalem is "the mother of us all". Our human destiny is to be born from above, in Christ, rather than from our current parent Adam.

"And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit." I Corinthians 15:45 (KJV)

In verses thirty-seven and thirty-eight of this same chapter we also see that what we end up with has no relation to our first body. Our genetics and spiritual bloodline will originate in Jesus Christ who himself was descended from above.

"And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world." John 8:23 (KJV)

Christ could not have been any clearer here with this contrast. He was the Second Adam (from above) which corresponded to the heavenly Jerusalem. A little known Biblical fact concerning this is that all born of Adam inherit sin. Yet the Bible says that Christ had "righteous blood".

"saying - I have sinned in delivering up RIGHTEOUS BLOOD. But they said - What is that to us? thou shalt see to it for thyself." Matthew 27:4 (Rotherham)

Christ was a special creation from Heaven placed in the womb of Mary. If he had descended from Mary he would have legally inherited sin from Adam. Yet Christ had none of the First Adam in him. He was the Second Adam if we can bring ourselves to believe simply what the Scriptures say! Christ had no genetics from the first Adam; He was placed by our Heavenly Father in the womb of Mary who then carried Him until birth. Mary was in fact a surrogate mother to our Savior, the Second Adam. That is why when we are resurrected there will be no connection to the First Adam, our genetic code will then originate from Christ.

"In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit." Ephesians 2:22 (KJV)

The symbolism in Scripture equates the earthly temple with our earthly body. The heavenly temple, by contrast, will be our spiritual body. The word "habitation" in the above verse means "a dwelling place" (Strong's #2732). It says in Revelation 21:22 there is no temple in the New Jerusalem, for God is now our temple. Here again is another way to say we are now totally disconnected from Adam and the Jerusalem below.

"We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacleWherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people WITH HIS OWN BLOOD, suffered without the gate. Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp. Bearing his reproach. For here have we NO CONTINUING CITY, but we seek one to come." Hebrews 13:10,12-14 (KJV)

It was the righteous blood of Christ that had no taint of Adam's bloodline who "suffered without the gate" and "without the camp". He had ZERO connection with the Jerusalem below. Can we believe Christ when he said clearly "the flesh profits nothing"? We have "no continuing city", but rather seek the Jerusalem above! This is another indication that Christ did not carry the bloodline that could be traced back to Adam, who was of the Jerusalem below. The city did not continue but humanity now has a NEW CITIZENSHIP in Jesus Christ. The religious leaders in the time of Christ were very keen about just where Christ came from (His origins that is). He had no connection with the human Adam or the temple and the Jerusalem below. In fact, Revelation tells us there is NO TEMPLE in the Heavenly Jerusalem (Rev.21:22). This is because Our Father and Christ has become our temple.

It is because of the complete misunderstanding of these facts, that some groups, who have knowledge of the covenants and promises of God concerning physical Israel, have taken such racist views because the issue of bloodlines has become of prime importance to them. Yet the Holy Bible for all who will read it informs us over and over again in a variety of ways that there is a complete FIREWALL between our life in the flesh and the future spiritual life, we are all destined for, at the final resurrection from the dead. Our Old Heredity in the First Adam will be replaced with the New Heredity we will obtain from the Second Adam, Jesus Christ. The issue of Race and Bloodlines is of very little consequence in the final plan of God.

"Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do." I Timothy 1:4 (KJV)

There is no transfer theory here because all the promises of God concerning His chosen peoples are in effect and will be carried out as the Scripture dictates. There is nothing in His Word to deny - ALL of it - will come to pass as God has planned. The purpose for calling a certain group of people is God's way of dealing with mankind in the flesh, in a very organized and specific fashion. That is the method He has chosen in which God will reach out and spread His gift of salvation to all humanity. And there is nothing special about those He has chosen to do the job. God even calls them the weak of humanity, and He chooses such people to demonstrate that it is not by their power or ability that God's purpose is accomplished, but rather it is the work of our Creator in His creation that is the real power at work. Each one of us is destined for a complete racial change and perfection, once we have been born of the Second Adam. This is the final solution to all the issues concerning our Human Race.

"Unto whom God hath been pleased to make known what is the glorious wealth of this sacred secret among the nations, Which is Christ in you, the hope of glory,- " Colossians 1:27 (Rotherham)
